Brandon Brown

Brandon Brown left MVC back in 2007. Hailing from New Orleans, Lousiana, he played high school basketball at Sarah T. Reed High School. Unfortunately after Hurricane Katrina, Brown had lost a lot of his family due to the chaotic storm. Coach Phillips of MVC recruited Brown to come to Dallas, Texas to continue to play the sport he loved. He immediately made an impact for the Lion's when he stepped on campus. In the '06-'07 season, Brown led the nation in scoring with an average of 28.5 points per game, was 7th in field goal percentage with 66.67%, and was 9th in rebounding with an average of 12 per game. Brandon Brown now lives in New Manila, Quezon City, Philippines and plays professionally for the Philipine Basketball Association.
