NJCAA DIII Women's Basketball Championship Bracket
Dallas College Mountain View women's basketball team will learn its opponent in the 12-team national tournament when the National Junior College Athletic Association reveals the bracket on the Division III Championship Selection Show 2 p.m. CT Wednesday on the NJCAA Network.
The NJCAA Division III Championship will be held March 15-18 in Rochester, Minnesota.
This marks the first appearance in the national tournament for Mountain View women's basketball program.
The Lions (12-7) were ranked 15th in the final NJCAA Division III poll. They are coming off a 67-57 win over Dallas College Cedar Valley in the NJCAA DIII South Central District championship game Saturday.
Head coach Keitha Dickerson has guided the Lions to the best record in program history. Her team matched the 12 wins Mountain View had in Dickerson's return to the sidelines with the women's team in 2019 when the Lions went 12-11. She served as the men's team assistant coach from 2016-19. She was the head coach at Mountain View from 2003-08.
