Mountain View Women's Basketball Tips off Nov. 4
DALLAS – Dallas College Mountain View women's basketball team will open the season Nov. 4 at Southwestern Adventist University.
Mountain View hosts Southwestern Christian College Nov. 6 in the home opener.
The Lions, who are coming off a 10-8 season, will play 14 home games on the 26-game schedule. Mountain View plays four of its five games in December at home.
Following the home opener, the Lions meet Murray State College on the road Nov. 8. After a game at Dallas Christian College Nov. 13, they return to the Lions' Den to host Ranger College Nov. 16. The Lions will complete home-and-home series with Southwestern Christian on the road Nov. 18 and at home against Dallas Christian Nov. 21. Then Mountain View embarks on a three-game road trip Nov. 22-26 to Southeast Arkansas College, the University of Arkansas Cossatot and Western Oklahoma State College.
The Lions host Connors State College Dec. 6 in the first of their four home games in the month. After a road trip to Ranger College Dec. 9, they will host Western Oklahoma State, Paris Junior College and Southwestern Adventist University Dec. 12-16 before the holiday break.
Mountain View returns to the Lions' Den Jan. 11 against Arkansas Cossatot.
The Lions begin Dallas Athletic Conference play Jan. 16 at Dallas College Cedar Valley. The first league home game is Jan. 23 against Dallas College Richland. Mountain View hosts Cedar Valley Feb. 6 before wrapping up the regular season on the road at Paris Feb. 8 and at Richland Feb. 13.
